Lawn Maintenance Foreman Needed

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to manage a lawn maintenance crew for the coming 2023 season and beyond. Starting wage is based on experience. Below you will find the job description and requirements for the foreman position. Foreman will perform various lawn maintenance services for commercial and residential projects. This includes mowing, weeding, edging, pruning, leaf cleanups and debris removal. They will supervise a crew of 2-3 technicians. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Manage and supervise assigned crew members • Clearly report problems to Supervisor • Train crew to complete job within established time frames • Plan and organize work for crew members on job • Initiate and complete all required paperwork • Interact with clients when necessary • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and regulations • Maintain equipment in good operating condition • Encourage motivation and advancement of crew members within training program Qualifications include, but are not limited to the following: • Must be detail oriented and enjoy working outdoors • Must be capable of operating various small engine equipment(Z-Turn, Stand On Rider, String Trimmer, Blower, Edger) • Must be able to tolerate a variety of environmental conditions • Must be willing and able to do physically demanding tasks • Must be available to work Monday-Friday, and some weekends and Holidays Eligible candidates will have/be able to: • A minimum of 2 years Lawn Maintenance Experience • A minimum of 1 year of Lawn Maintenance Foreman Experience • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record • Pass a Background Check If interested call Andrew @ 609-668-5850 or email at [email protected] A resume is preferred!!!
