Apply Now: VERDE’S AREA MANAGER  JOB OVERVIEW: Verde’s Area Manager will oversee a designated area and projects assigned. Our Area Manager is involved in planning, operating, scheduling, training new employees assigned to different projects and/or sustainable accounts. Verde’s Area Manager must be skilled at managing operations remotely, have great communication skills and will be often required to travel from one location to another. The ultimate goal is to ensure our projects will meet and exceed the client’s expectations. AREA MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage day-to-day operations within Verde Facilities LLC. Oversee employees and contractors work on a daily basis to ensure compliance to Verde’s quality standards and safety guidelines. Attend the weekly meetings with Verde’s management to receive and provide feedback, coordinate and report on ongoing issues. Meet regularly with employees and/or contractors to provide feedback, training, and ensure safety standards are met. Validate equipment is utilized correctly and safely maintained. Manage employees and/or contractors schedule and tracking hours. Track employee and contractors’ activities, to include successful completion of designated tasks. Deliver weekly reports to Verde’s Management team.   Conduct Quality audits, validating training and execution.  Identify daily employee/contractors related issues and create effective solutions.
