Pay Structure: • $35,000 to $45,000 per year • Spiffs - include air filter, cabin air filter, wiper Additional Monetary Benefits: • Sign on Bonus • Reimbursement to use towards Health, Dental, Vision or Aflac insurance Additional Benefits: • REDUCED WORK WEEK DURING SUMMER • Paid training • Fun working environment • A professional and respectful work environment • Training during the workday • No weekends • ASE Certification reimbursement • Napa Autocare Benefits including ASE training, cellphone service discounts • Weekly pay and direct deposit available • Equal Opportunity Employer • Family-Owned Repair Shop • Team Building activities • Retirement contributions with company match • Flexible work schedules • Offer a tool purchase program if needed • Work near the beach • Paid Holidays • Monthly bonus • Paid vacation • Uniforms paid • Personal days General Responsibilities: • Ensures high quality service and repairs are provided to every customer. • Maintains all personal and company-provided tools and equipment in proper operating condition. • Reports any missing or damaged company tools or equipment to management. • Communicates well with customers and staff. • Suggests products, services, equipment or practices to improve sales, safety, or customer satisfaction. • Promotes cooperation and teamwork. • Assists fellow staff as necessary. • Handles multiple tasks quickly and efficiently • Maintains customer focus while dealing with a difficult customer. • Prioritizes work to ensure all deadlines are met. • Utilizes processes and policies to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient and effective service operations. • Visually inspects vehicle parts for damage or safety issues. • Complies with all OSHA/NOSHA, state and local laws regarding safety, hazardous materials, and environmental materials. • Reports security violations or unsafe conditions to management. • Maintains technical skills. • Responsible for other duties as assigned and/or required by business need. Requirements: • Must hold a valid and clean driver's license, pass a background check, have tools, reliable transportation, and a positive attitude. • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service • Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Be at least 18 years of age • Able to pass a background check.
