Apartment and Residential Maintenance Technician. Duties include but are not limited to: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, general knowledge of HVAC systems, grounds work, light landscaping, pool maintenance, pool opening and closing procedures, unit turns, maintenance order for repairs, emergencies, and special projects. Maintenance, upkeep and repair of grounds as well as units. Some workday travel to other properties on occasions. Typical work Hours: 9:00 am- 6:00 pm Monday -Friday (flexible) This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction Experience: Basic Maintenance & Repair: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: not required- but desired Driver's License (Required)
