NEED CRUMBLING BASEMENT BLOCK WALL INSPECTED

I have a basement wall built of blocks that has white flaky parts of the wall falling off. The house is about 45 years old. I need it inspected and possibly fixed. I can supply pics and may add them to this post later. Serious and experienced messages only.
