Property Management Company is looking for a loyal maintenance person to join our team. Snow Removal After hours work only in emergency maintenance situations and snow removal. Lots of Painting The team handles turnovers and build outs. Property maintenance and everyday needs of a building and apartment complex. This includes, but is not limited to: trash pick up, minor plumbing, minor electrical, painting, dumpster switching, ceiling tile replacements, stuffed toilets, turnovers, changing appliances, property clean up, and other basic tasks. We have contractors that handle the larger jobs and an experienced team in place to handle training and assisting in multi-person jobs Please email your qualifications and/or resume along with your salary requirement.
