Help Please

Hi my name is gabby ive only stayed in madison for about 7 months now im 19 years old and i have two children im homeless i stay back and fourth with my kids between two friends houses. I dont get no help from anybody my friends dont even help me out but let me and my kids stay a Few days here and there my childrens father passed away 3 months ago and things been really tough not knowing anybody or having any help out here. Can anyone help me out with any cash or food for me and my kids and a few Items i'd really appreciate you and the help you've given.
