Due to over zealous scrupulous contractors claiming to have experienced tile guys I have a floor in need of repair.
It appears they spread the thing set and let sit too long. So it never adhered to the cement board.
They are 5x12 tiles and I need 6 of them cut out, area cleaned, reset, and grouted. You can use quickset thin set. Great side job for retiree, or a fill in job for contractors. The pay is 200.00. This shouldn’t take longer than 5 hours at very most. 3-4 for experienced guys.
