Shopping center seeking handyman for odd jobs around property, including but not limited to:
-painting
-changing light bulbs
-changing air filters
-rehanging doors
-taking down Holiday lights
-snaking drains
-general maintenance
Pay can be negotiable and hours can become full time, for the right person/qualifications. If you are only able to do a few of the tasks, please include your preferred tasks and availability in your response.
A working knowledge of plumbing, electric, HVAC and building maintenance preferred.
