We found this guy outside in the freezing cold on Dec 23. He was never posted as missing, and was never claimed when posted as found. He's estimated to be around a year old, is not yet fixed. Vetting and vaccinations are unknown. Because he will need to be vetted he is free to a GOOD home. Located in Richmond.
