Description

Production line processing Lot code 12-pack cartons, load bottles onto turn style. Inspect bottles for defects, maintain a clean work area Capping bottles. Use proper sanitary practices and place caps onto bottles. Inspect bottles for proper fill and defects. Packing bottles into 12-packs. Inspect bottles for labeling, dented caps, proper weights, and lot code accuracy. Pack (8) 12-packs into each Master Case. Place 36 Master Cases per pallet. Other Duties Prepare materials for production needs. Maintain quality standards at each station. See something, say something. Follow cGMP guidelines for dress code, and standard operation procedures for production process. Cleaning/Sanitation Maintain order and sanitation for the production line during and post daily production. Complete necessary production logs for each station. Perform given tasks for production preparation and end of day shutdown procedures.
