NYC is getting more dangerous by the day Professional self-defense training (30+ years experience). Beginners welcome. Learn to defend yourself from - headlocks, chokes, grabs, punches, kicks, and weapons (knife, bat, gun). You will also learn how to defend yourself against multiple attackers. Anti-rape classes available. You can bring up to four people for this training. Training is 2 hours Cost is $1,500 We provide all equipment. Certificate of completion provided after the training. We are fully insured. Training can be held at our facility or yours. Additional charge for traveling may apply if you're outside of NYC.
