DESCRIPTION Our Shop Assistants play an important role in keeping our Bobcat Service Department working efficiently, and also help support other operations at our dealership. They’re team players who enjoy having varying responsibilities. When we say this could be the beginning of a great career, we mean it! RESPONSIBILITIES • Move Bobcat vehicles where they need to be on our lot • Maintain an organized and clean shop environment for our Service Technicians • Assist Service Technicians as required • Deliver equipment to regional customers and our other stores • Support other company operations as needed QUALIFICATIONS • Valid North Carolina driver’s license • Ability to work independently with little direction • Ability to lift 50 lbs. • Ability to walk extensively throughout our large equipment yard • Mechanical experience helpful • Positive attitude • References required • ¿Hablas español? ¡Estupendo! COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS • Compensation starts at $15/hour • Annual bonus • Full benefit package including health insurance, dental insurance, 401K program. • Paid vacation. • We work a 40-hour week, M-F, so our staff can have quality family and leisure time.
