Need help getting electric on

Good afternoon. I woke up to my electricity. I have a baby and a dog and we desperately need the electric on for AC/heat. Not to mention all the food in the fridge and freezer with no money to replace it no way to cook it out. If I pay it before 430pm then they said it would be cut on. I attempted to bargain with them but to no avail. Please please if anyone can help me out at all, please reach out. Thank you for reading
