Manage team on all maintenance and turnovers st the property. Perform as carpenter on the work. Hire contractors as needed to pull permits and perform related work. Other people on site handle tenant relations, collections, etc. need an experienced, energetic construction team member and leader. Must show proof of carpenter’s license.
