Lost Dog needs to go home

We found a sweet brown and white Pitbull on Bolton road yesterday 1/3/22 right before the storm hit. He is very young and very sweet and snuggly. He belongs to someone and I want to return him to them. Fulton county is zero help. Their best advice was to dump him back where we found him. I don't want to do that but no shelter will take him. Please please help us find him his home.
