Was driving on E Joppa Rd Yesterday (1/3/2023) around 11am and pulled up next to a very handsome officer in an undercover vehicle. You mouthed “hi” to me, but the light turned green before I could give you my number. Hoping you check this… if it’s you, describe the car you were driving.
