I have about 6 pinhole leaks that need roof cement on them- not going to replace the roof this year and its just one old section. I need some shingles put in a valley. I need a roof line of shingles trimmed off- like 30 shingles. I need a piece of soffit replaced, and one gutter end cap siliconed on. And I have about 6 places that need shingles replaced. Easily done in a day. I have a ladder on site but not sure if it is long enough. Its at least 24' So best if you can bring a 40' just to be safe. Tell me your price and that you can work from a list. You can rope off from the flat roof if you're good with that, for most of it, but the soffit and the gutter will have to be done from a ladder.
