Meet these 3 from a post requesting food 2 months ago. Since helping them I have witnessed their life's falling apart and becoming HOMELESS due to situations beyond their control. Overnight, after returning home from long stay in hospital in Fortwayne, they became homeless. Electric was off and a inspection was needed to turn Electric back on. After a horrific first night home, the toliet and pipes exploded then kerosene heater caught on fire. LUCKILY they woke up before the house burnt down with them in it. The next morning inspector came and CONDEMN their house. Putting them immediately on the streets. This young lady has had major surgery and is in need of another. Her brother is blind and Diabetic. And the boyfriend lost his job from being gone too long with her at hospital in Fortwayne....THIS SUCH A SAD SITUATION. Currently they have been in a motel due to Churches and a few organizations helping. At the current time we have managed 2 weeks paid for room and food stamps starting on the 7th. STILL LOTS TO FIGURE OUT in next 2 weeks. Please if you can help this situation it would be greatly appreciated. The biggest needs now... Men's size med/large clothes and coats Plastic organizing drawers Microwavable food or DRINKS Luggage (been in 3 motels already) Paper cups, bowls or silverware Large Microwavable bowl or dish This family doesn't have a vehicle but I travel between Elkhart and Southbend most day and will pick up anything to help them. for texting me
