Seeking my Companion

First, please do not send negative comments. This was hard enough to find the courage to post knowing how cruel people can be sometimes to those that believe different. If you find my post offensive because it speaks on a difference sense of spirituality then I apologize as that was not my intention. I have had two companions come into my life at different points of spiritual transformation. I believe they are the same soul that comes back to me when I need them most. Both companions came in the physical form of dogs. My last companion died from cancer at the age of 13 many years ago. Lately I've had the feeling that she is waiting for me to find her again. Each time, she has come to me through different means. The first was a connection I found at the shelter. The second was as a puppy. I had a dream last night that I needed to seek her here, that she is with someone who will see this message and understand they have her. In her first incarnation she was a black shepherd mix. The second she was a boxer. She could be any breed. She has always come to me as what would help the most, even if I didn't understand it at first. She could be a cat! I don't know. I just know this: She was always afraid of storms and loud noises. She was always a private soul and did not enjoy crowds but would tolerate them for me. She was standoffish with adults but loved children. She did not like other animals that were boisterous, but would tolerate those that gave her space and did not bother her. She had gorgeous eyes, but always was clumsy and would bonk her head repeatedly or her tail would knock things over because she simply had no sense of her own size. Each time, she had a physical trait that made her 'undesirable' for her breed, but I loved her because it meant she was as flawed as I am. She is looking for me too. I know it. Please, if you read this and have a sense you have her or know where she is, please let me know.
