General Maintenance Worker Must have clean NYS drivers license Maintaining and Servicing Residential and Industrial Properties Various work: general masonry, plumbing, landscaping, warehouse, deliveries Run Errands load and unload trucks assist mechanic with mechanical repairs + service yard and warehouse organization + clean up Material pick up + delivery Clean up and general maintenance of property Inventory of supplies and equipment Some field work in construction + property maintenance. Compensation + benefits For Full Time: Starting pay $16-$17 per hr based on experience Paid personal time accrues after just one month of full time work. Full time, steady year round work, holiday and vacation pay.
