Responsible, mature Cleaner needed for downtown guest apartments

We are a fast growing luxury short-term stay company based in Chicago. We host upscale guests in luxury apartments in five cities nationwide. We are expanding to Charlotte, NC very soon! Our guests expect sparkling clean and perfectly maintained apartment homes. We are looking for an experienced, intelligent, and reliable housekeeper with great organization and personal skills. You must be extremely trustworthy and have meticulous attention to detail. We would like to hire a housekeeper who would be comfortable on-boarding new units including but not limited to the following tasks. On-boarding typically takes 30-35 hours and we pay $20 per hour for this job. - Renting a Uhaul and moving some furniture pieces into the units (with a helper) - Being available for a separate mover or company to deliver furniture - Staging the unit, hanging wall art, unboxing and putting away new housewares, etc - Taking preliminary photos of the unit, building, access, parking info, etc This position will take place up to 30 hours/week, with a flexible schedule depending on demand. Most work occurs 10 am to 4 pm. Must be able to work Sundays. Please send an email to [email protected] if interested.
