Housekeeper/Back up Caregiver for 32 year special needs daughter

We have a busy family which includes caregivers for our special needs daughter. We are looking for an organized and caring housekeeper to join our family. We need for applicant to be able to drive and have their own vehicle. Applicant must be willing to help caregivers with the care of our 32 year old special needs daughter. It would be helpful if the applicant had experience with special needs. However, we would train the applicant to be back up caregiver for our daughter. We live in North Tampa. We are currently looking for Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. We can be flexible with the hours. We often have extra hours available and we pay time and half overtime. We also have health insurance and a profit sharing plan.
