We are a family-owned company in the upper Tampa Bay area that has been in business since 1986 and specializes in providing and installing hurricane shutters, panels and screens for homes and businesses. We are seeking a Warehouse and Service Manager. Responsibilities will include: - Receiving and inspecting ordered products upon delivery - Preparing hurricane protection products for installation, including use of power tools - Maintain service records for 3 service trucks and a forklift - Maintain storage area by organizing floor space - Keeping warehouse orderly and clean - Ensuring customers repairs are scheduled and performed in a timely manner. - Maintaining good inventory control. - Opening warehouse and premises by unlocking all gates and doors upon opening. - Closing warehouse and premises by locking all gates and doors upon closing (when needed). QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - High school diploma or equivalent - Can work productively with basic tools - tape measure, screwdriver, saws and a drill - The ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor - Exceptional time management and organization skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM - Detail-oriented is an absolute requirement. - Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills - Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally - Ability to operate a forklift a must - Ability to work in a multi-team environment - Physical strength, stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time - Valid driver's license with clean driving record required - Familiarity with hurricane shutter installation a plus Traits Customer Focus – You like to make people happy with your hard work Honest/Straightforward – You do what you say you will do, when you say you will do it Trust – You believe in creating relationships based on trust Two-Way Communication – You ask clarifying questions and initiate open communication.
