In a perfect world, I would hope to find a person with the following background 1. Can haul equipment on a trailer 2. Can operate an Excavator, Backhoe, and Loader. 3. Leadership skills 4. Good attitude 5. Team player. It would be helpful if you had experience in the land development or dewatering side. Pay: $28 – $30/hr. depending on experience.
