Need HVAC Tech already registered with Texas City to Pull Permit

Our HVAC tech is delaying on getting registered with Texas City and we do not have time to wait as we need permits issued so we can continue our build out of retail space in shopping center. We need an HVAC tech or company that is already registered with city of Texas City to Pull permits for us and call for inspections when necessary. Flat fee to pull permits. Please respond with your fee amount and let us know if you are already registered with Texas city. Texas city requires subs information before they release the initial building permit. In order to register with Texas city you will need to be licensed and have General liability insurance with city of Texas city as the certificate holder which is then submitted online to their portal. Fee payout is done in three stages since we also need you to call for inspections. 1/3 when permits are pulled, 1/3 after duct inspection, 1/3 after final inspection. Need this done by tomorrow.
