HANDYMAN NEEDED for several Apartment complexes (Houston, Texas 77070, 77041) Handyman Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable Handyman that can complete various remodeling and maintenance tasks in apartment units. Remodeling job duties include plumbing installation, minimal tiling in bathroom and kitchen area, replacing light fixtures/outlets, and minimal demolition. Your maintenance responsibilities involve solving basic electrical and plumbing issues, as well as ensuring interior structural components are safe and in good condition. You must be able to lift at least 60 pounds, and you should be proficient with hand and power tools. Previous experience working as a plumber, electrician or in carpentry is a plus. Your compensation is really determined by your efficiency. You will be getting paid by each apartment unit that is completed within a day. Training will be provided, however the more you know, the quicker you can finish each unit (basically the faster you work, the more opportunities you have as we pay by each apartment unit). You can call if interested. Also you can start asap. Must have tools and reliable transportation.
