Our services includes water treatment, boiler repairs, service and installations, HVAC repairs, water services & testing, regulatory compliance and various other valuable building services. We are looking for a Driver/Warehouse worker to make deliveries to and from the 5 boroughs of NYC. Clean driving record is required. Must be able to drive a commercial van and perform some warehouse duties. This is a full-time position, hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm. No weekends/holidays. Responsibilities include: -Drive company vehicle to make deliveries to and from the five boroughs -Pick up orders at supply houses -Communicate with Project Managers and workers on the job sites -Loading and unloading of material and equipment -Picking up warehouse orders needed for a job site -Report any accidents or vehicle issues encountered while en route to supervisors -Able to accept warehouse deliveries; some forklift experience is a plus, willing to train if needed -Ability to meet physical requirements of position, including lifting 50 lbs regularly Benefits and Perks: -Competitive pay -Excellent benefits package including medical and dental insurance -401K Retirement Plan with company match and profit sharing -Paid holidays, generous paid leave The Metro Group, Inc. is an EEOC-compliant employer.
