Veritas is hosting a bourbon dinner on Thursday, January 26th from 6:00-9:00 pm featuring four courses, each made to be paired with a specially selected bouron. This bourbon dinner is a journey through complex flavors and pairings, crafted specially by Chef Shari Cruz and manager Jeffery Brewster in a masterful collaboration. For $100 a ticket, you’ll get each of the delicious dishes that were specially crafted for this occasion plus an 1.5 oz select bourbon to accompany each course.

Oysters with smoked bacon dashi gel paired with Sazerac Rye (Cocktail: Sazerac Rye, Cognac, Peychaud's Bitters, Angostura Bitters, Simple, absinthe rinse Lemon twist)
2nd course
Fig bacon jam on a crostini with aged gouda paired with Eagle Rare (Neat)
3rd course
Milk braised pork shoulder with truffle mash, capers and pork jus paired with Blanton's (Neat)
4th course
Chocolate and butter scotch pot de creme topped with rice puffs paired with 1792 Full Proof (Neat)
