WEEK 8 Beginner
Madam X. Created by Doug Swisher, the Madam X is a well-rounded attractor pattern that can represent many things from Stoneflies to hoppers. It sports a unique bullet shaped head and uses deer or elk hair, along with rubber legs, to add to its floatability. While generally tied with a yellow thread body, other colors like red or green can be used to more closely match what is happening on the water.
