The Regent Bank Faith in Business Series was created to encourage business leaders to utilize their  platform to live out their faith.  This is a forum to help Christian business owners fellowship, network and share best practices for transformational servant leadership and to learn to better integrate faith into their spheres of business. Introducing Roxanne Parks: Having travelled internationally to speak before diverse audiences consisting of as many as 25,000 attendees, Ms. Parks has distinguished herself as an expert life coach and business leader. In the former capacity, she is certified by the American Association of Christian Counselors. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1981 and as one of few women early in the industry, Ms. Parks considered herself a pioneer in this competitive field. In 2009, Ms. Parks started leading conferences to build and encourage younger women. She became president and founder of Winter Summit Ministries, Inc and through Corporate Care Inc., a company that supplies chaplains to businesses, Ms. Parks ministers in a corporate settings as well, extending her reach to the personnel working in various industry sectors. Ms. Parks is a prolific author. Her first book, “Are You Enough: Encouragement for the Overworked and Exhausted Homeschool Mom” was published in 2013 and shares details of her journey through the challenges of homeschooling. She has written over 17 YouVersion Bible reading plans with over one million downloads to date. These topical plans provide subscribers with biblically centered, culturally relevant content to encourage and build their faith. Ms. Parks is proud of her 36-year marriage and of her four children. As the 2022 Ms. Oklahoma Senior America, she was thrilled to represent the state of Oklahoma at the national competition in September 2022. She attributes much of her success to an unfailingly positive perspective about life and its challenges and is currently engaged in expanding the scope of her speaking platform to share her optimistic message with more people across the country.
