Small Property Service Contractor looking for someone with Carpentry / General Construction Experience to partner with as a Sub-Contractor on some current and upcoming work. Hours of work onsite would be 9:00-3:00 (unless there is a school holiday or cancellation). Project location varies, but within an hour of Gilmanton (Lakes region to Manchester) General scope of projects include: Demolition, Siding, Window & Door Installation, Framing & Finish Carpentry, Int. / Ext. Painting, and so on... 1099 Independent Contractor Relationship.
