Dress comfortably and bring water. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it.

Session 1A: 6:00-7:00 pm: martial arts, break, yoga
Session 1B: 6:00-7:00 pm: yoga, break, martial arts
Session 2A: 7:00-8:00 pm: martial arts, break, yoga
Session 2B: 7:00-8:00 pm: yoga, break, martial arts
