In this guided class we focus on powerful questions followed by writing in our journals with a open discussion on the specific topic. THIS IS A 12 WEEK CLASS, NO REFUND OR MONEY BACK FOR CANCELLATION OR NO SHOWS. $300 for all 12 weeks. Each week we will be focusing on different topics such as coping strategies, 12 stages of recovery, co-dependency awareness, boundary setting, self care management, how to understand trauma, etc... understanding the need for privacy, all journals and writing materials are included and will be placed after class in a sealed container. There’s tremendous healing in knowing your not alone. Hearing others share and open up is a brave and healing part of this class. Your story is understood and shared by others because loving someone in addiction is one of the hardest things to endure. Deborah Owen is a nationally board certified health and wellness coach that specializes in coaching women who have gone through major life shifts. This includes but not limited to: divorce, loss of a loved one, sudden change of health and the ripple effects of having a loved one who battles addiction and mental health. I am a survivor of the traumas and fears that come along with having a loved one who deals with mental health and addiction. Having specialized and helping other women in my practice over the past few years I have realized that many women feel alone and don’t have a safe place or a plan for themselves in how to regain their mental, physical and spiritual health. After my own personal story, education and the outreach programs that I have utilized I have a passion for brainstorming and helping other women to create a recovery plan.
