Bring the following with you for your session:
A blanket in case you get chilly while breathing
A yoga mat
Eye cover/mask (optional)
Water
Wear comfy clothes
A journal
Arrive with an empty stomach or at least 1 hour after having eaten a light meal
Doors open 10 minutes prior to start of event.
Most of all, come with an open mind and no expectations!
