X Network, The last time we gathered was January 2020. The timing of XAG unknowingly prepared us for what would be a global shutdown. We were able to come together in unique ways during the pandemic because of our relationships that we had already established. The world has changed. Instead of defaulting to the old, there are new ways, languages and frameworks to explore. What better way to move into the future then to come together again to share what we're learning from one another. So join us as we CREATE our new future in the midst of our cultural and economic currents. An invite only list of friends will come together at the beautiful, creative venue called Hanahaus in Newport Beach, CA for delicious cuisine, meaningful conversations with like-minded leaders, inspiration, and learning. We know you'll walk away changed as you meet men and women leading from a place of created design. Our gatherings are about finding the people who are actually doing the innovating and real work of change. You may not know the leaders but we have curated the facilitators and those who are invited. It's an underground network of subversive leader types that you get to know. So the highlights aren't just the talks or interviews it's the sidebar conversations and labs. When you register, you’re not just purchasing a empowering experience for yourself — you’re directly supporting, resourcing and empowering our global community. FAQ What time do we start? We start with a mixer on Thursday night! Then a full day on Friday. And for those who want more time together, Dave will have an open house on Saturday morning /early afternoon at his home. Who comes to this? Invite only group of friends leading companies, movements, culture, social ventures, and the arts. Meet some amazing people. Our XAG is a convening of the minds to sense the direction we are to go. What do you mean you're not like a conference? Anyone from those coming could share in multiple platforms, but we do more of the engaging learning style rooted in food and meaningful conversations. It's about the sidebar sharing with each other more than just a talk from a speaker. What type of food are we having? Chef-inspired and delicious! Come hungry and ready to be well fed. So what's the format? We will have some leaders of culture or in our global cities share but only to catalyze our sidebar conversations. Most of the time, we connect with others around great food, drinks, a fun activity or two, and a beautiful venue. A good portion of time is focused around meaningful conversations. Not conference speaker-focused, although most of those invited could and do speak at conferences. We focus on conversations. Hence we have a lot of time for each other. What does registration fee cover? Gatherings like these cost double of what this fee is. But we're wanting to make sure we set a price point that at least cover the costs. Curated access to the a vetted community, activities to speakers and lab practicums. Chef inspired, delicious food and snacks for first two days. Does not include accommodations and travel.
