My first cooking class of 2023! We will learn to make the Filet de Boeuf en croute, or beef tenderloin wrapped in a crust. We will start with our dough followed by preparing our filet. We will also prepare a delicious Cognac sauce with mushrooms and Pommes Duchesse(potatoes). And no dinner is complete without a dessert, so we will make a traditional apple tarte. This dinner is delicious and will surely impress any guest. After learning to make this delicious food, you will get to indulge in eating what you have prepared.
