Busy roofing company iso reliable roofing repair technician. Responsibilities: Diagnose Leaks and repair Perform contract repairs according to scope Be knowledgeable of Florida Building Codes and perform all work according to the FBC Perform punch list type repairs as needed Receive assignments, start and finish assignments, and provide job report in our CRM portal. Communicate and be reliable day to day Work during normal business hours Call customers ahead of arrival and keep customer informed of any delays or changes to their schedule Travel out of area only as needed (this can be limited to your preference) Collect payments as needed and turn into the office Customer service - must be able to professionally interact with customers Should have primary tools, company can provide some tools as needed during employment Can use own truck or use company truck Must have driver’s license to use company truck Hourly Position Starting pay $20 per hour Experience required 30 day review to provide feedback, create goals, and consider any appropriate adjustment (or future adjustment) for compensation Annual reviews performed Supplemental insurance only available through Combined Insurance
