Olympic Bobsled Athlete Martin Christofferson knows a thing or two about explosive performance qualities. Here he is showing off a 44.5 inch vertical, which would tie him for 1st in the 2020 NFL Combine with Donovan Peoples-Jones. The Monument Health Sports Performance Institute Powered By EXOS and Martin will be bringing an Explosive Athlete Performance camp to Rapid City during Spring Break. Your athletes will learn the same skills as Martin and many other professional athletes to become more springy, quicker, and reactive. The Explosive Athlete Performance Camp will be from 1:30 - 3:00 PM and is open to athletes who are 10-18 years of age. Please bring water and exercise attire.
