May need one handle the small stuff and have different do any full swap rebuilds. As I not looking pay experience rates when oil changes getting done. But maybe work out something to fill in days off for extra income. Goal is by spring have location where can have a full time mechanic with customer pay jobs or couole days doing my work in efhsnge for shop use location. Then doing own work at own rates. But primary for now Basics to have vehicle inspection ready Oil changes Smaller jobs that book time should be no more than 2-4 hours. Most prob 1-2. Second have some cars end up being parts pull higher dollar usable pieces basically small salvage battery catalytic conv lights body panels wheels. The chassis then scrapped Third A person have a couple cars need motor swaps rebuild transmission etc larger more specialty jobs. Chrysler 300 blown motor one tranny in limo mode. Dodge truck blown motor. Part time body repair impounf cars various degrees damage. I will buy cars that fit your specialty if cost effective we can discuss per job type paid.
