LOST: unicorn backpack with stuffed animals & truck

My 5 year old lost a small pink unicorn backpack that had two small stuffed dogs, a toy tow truck (Mater from Cars) and some black gloves in it. The backpack is OMG brand, and the dogs are about 3" tall. We are offering a REWARD and no questions asked. She is devastated to have lost it. Last seen 12/30. She was in Franconia around thr government center, a horse stable in Lorton, and Kingstowne.
