Join us for an exploration of movement amongst some of the worlds largest master crystals. Dance Medicine is an ecstatic movement experience, guided by Master Teacher of Movement Medicine/Energy & Sound Healer, Gina Starbuck. In collaboration with MALIBUGIVES (501c3) and sponsored by both TransformativePlays.org & SorenityRocksMalibu.com, this monlthy event is a space to come and explore. To receive the medicine and wisdom of your own creative expression and to connect more deeply with the crystaline energy of the space. The flow of events: 5pm Check In 5:15pm Opening Circle- A grounding medititive practice where we begin to connect with our bodies and tune in to both our individual and collective intetnions for the session. 5:30pm Ecstatic Movement Flow- Move your body to a custom curated soundscape and flow. You will receive some suggested prompts to explore, while also being in full freedom and permission to have your own unique jounrey. 6:15pm Closing Meditation & Sound Healing Feel free to arrive early and stay afterward for interactive crystal wellness experiences and special pricing on crystal inventory. **20% of all proceeds will go to MALIBUGIVES wellness art iniatives. This event is for dancers and people of all levels of experience and ability.
