Join us on April 20, 2023 as we host eight professionals in the field of child welfare and victim assistance. Our keynote speaker will be Detective Kevin McNeil, of The Twelve Project, speaking on the importance of the necessary trust needed for victims of abuse. Other speakers will include: Greg McConnell, Assistant District Attorney. of the Eastern Judicial Circuit; Derek McKinney, specializing in gangs and human trafficking; Amy Boney, Children's Advocacy Centers of Georgia; Nicole McDougal, Department of Family and Children's Services; Nancy Scott-Moskaly, Assistant District Attorney for the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit; Dr. Jenny Root, Associate Professor of Special Education at Florida State University; and Dr. Venita Brown, Specialist on Intrafamiliar Child Torture from Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Registration for our summit will open February 1, 2023 at 12am. Cost is $100 per professional and lunch will be included.
