We need someone with an eye for detail to inspect a small shopping center for maintenance needs and coordinate tasks with the maintenance department. The newly renovated Beulah Church Road Shopping Center (Ferncreek/Highview area) needs quality inspections to maintain the property in excellent condition and to ensure that the maintenance department is appropriately performing their duties. $30/hour, 2-3 hours per week.
Inspector must have:
- Knowledge of and Experience with Property Maintenance
- Be Detail Oriented
- Reliable, Responsible, Trustworthy
- Good Communication Skills (Must respectfully communicate with tenants, maintenance personnel, and thoroughly communicate with Home Office regarding property needs.)
- Ability to Text, Video Phone Calls, and Take and Send Pictures by Phone
Inspector must be able to identify ways to keep the property looking good (i.e. landscaping issues, power washing needed, painting needed, light bulbs burnt out, overflowing trash, confirm tenant complaints, identify tenants not taking care of their unit, etc). Inspector should be able to communicate via video calls and text about what they find upon inspection day. Occasionally, there may be a need to meet a contractor or other individual on-site to let them into a locked area of the building. Inspector will communicate with maintenance personnel regarding tasks that should be done and with Home Office regarding those tasks with before/after pictures for review and records.
