Join Kyle from 5:30pm - 6:00pm for a fun and challenging weightlifting course. This class is at your own pace and has modifications to meet you at your level of fitness. All you need to bring is yourself, good energy, a water bottle and towel. 💪💪💪
During this course, we will be does a variety standing and floor of exercise. Weights usually range between 2.5lbs and 15lbs. However, you can lift as heavy or as light as you find comfortable. Exercises will target different muscles and muscle groups to help you sculpt your body.
