We are actively interviewing for a career-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Post House North, a 145-Unit property. We are paying $16 - $19 per hour along on-call and quarterly bonus potential, $30/month Health & Dental for yourself, give raises every year up to 5%, and a $1,000 Sign On Bonus to be paid out in full upon successful completion of 90 days employment. ** BENEFITS ** • Industry competitive compensation ($16 - $19/HR DOE) • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus to be paid upon successful completion of 90 days employment • $500.00 - $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Program (depending on role referred) • $70.00 per week when on call for emergencies on top of regular pay • Quarterly maintenance bonus • Amazing medical & dental insurance through Blue Cross at $30/Month for employees • Vision, Life and Disability Insurance • Paid Holidays (even more than the standard federal holidays, too) • Paid Time Off, 1st Year: 80 Hours, 2-4 Years: 120 Hours, 5+ Years: 160 Hours • 20% off rent at any of our owned communities • 401k planning and pre-tax contributions • Paid additional training/school and Tuition reimbursement program • Yearly Anniversary Gifts • Tool reimbursement program and Power tool battery exchange program • Winter boot reimbursement program • Annual reviews with opportunity for performance based raise up to 5% • Discount programs at partnered companies such as Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot and more ** REQUIREMENTS ** • HVAC Certification & EPA License is strongly preferred • Previous multi-family maintenance experience preferred • Some drywall experience including painting and carpentry • Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures ** RESPONSIBLITIES ** • Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority • Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications • Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition needs • Maintaining property grounds • Preventative maintenance • Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members Monarch is a fast-growing company that fosters a professional attitude and a strong team spirit.
