Looking to hire a reliable part time ranch hand/employee at Lunardi Ranch in Franklin, TN. - We raise cattle, pigs, and horses on our family ranch in Franklin. We have an intensive rotational grazing system for our cattle that requires daily moves to fresh pasture. I currently handle most of this myself, but we are looking for someone to learn and assist with some of the daily maintenance. Job will entail: - Moving cattle (we use electrical fencing to accomplish this) - Feeding pigs and cleaning/refilling water - Feeding horses (possibly exercising them depending on your experience) - General maintenance of property. This will change seasonally, but could include: organizing barn, cleaning out stalls, clearing brush, fence repair, etc. - Different jobs where I may need an extra hand. - Checking and managing farm if our family is out of town. We will do our best to teach anything that may not be within your skill set, but an eagerness in learning about raising livestock and overall ranch work is required. -Nico and Jackie Lunardi @lunardiranch (Instagram)
