We have a killer space at Francisco studios we are looking to share with another band. Available starting March 1st, possibly sooner. We all have day jobs and are responsible. Looking for the same. No addicts or drama. Looking for long term cool mates. If you want to come check it shoot me a text. We split rent evenly across all individual tenants, usually comes out to about $50-$60 ea./monthly Depending on how many peeps in each band. 24/7 access. Chill environment. Secure.
