Looking to Re-home my Dog

I have two dogs, one is 12 (mini poodle), the other 7(boxer/bulldog), they've been together for the past 7 years but since Thanksgiving they have not been getting along and have been fighting. My vet is advising they may need to be permanently separated. I do not want to, but I am not sure I have other options. Honestly I would appreciate any advice. I will need to rehome the younger dog and am looking for someone (preferably) with no other pets and experience with large dogs. She is 7 yo intact, up to date on shots and heartworm prevention.
