Guitarist looking to START FROM SCRATCH a Classic Rock Band

Hi, I am an OVER 55 male lead/rhythm guitarist and like Classic Rock: Led Zep Foreigner Bad Co VH Hendrix Etc... Etc... Etc... Not much of a Beatles and Stones fan Mainly 70's and 80's Serious, non druggie/drunks - Zero Exceptions to START FROM SCRATCH a CLASSIC ROCK band. I emphasize C L A S S I C R O C K Male or Female - prefer mature musicians that grew up on this music. Must Be Serious Have sufficient gear Have transportation Have decent playing talent Have a place to rehearse **If we need a rehearsal place, I am more than willing to chip in my fair equal share to cover the expense. I prefer a 1 guitarist situation as dual guitarists can get out of hand. Plus, the bands I like for the most part can be covered with just a single guitar player. So, my ideal situation for a band: Myself as Lead/Rhythm Guitar/Drums/Keys/Bass/Vocals,Front I can handle backup vocals no problem but am in no way a main vocalist.
